Visual inspection of accessible spaces and structural members, with a review of available survey, repair and thickness measurement records. Visible defects and requirements for further checks are identified.

Assessment of plating, stiffeners, bulkheads and accessible tanks to evaluate the vessel’s structural condition. Corrosion, deformation, coating damage and previous repairs are reviewed.

On-site supervision of repairs and steel renewals during dry docking. Visual checks of weld workmanship, progress monitoring, coordination of inspections and tests, and follow-up of outstanding work.

Review of existing certificates, survey status and outstanding items. Preparation checks and deficiency tracking are coordinated with the shipowner and vessel personnel.
